Who are you?
To determine which job candidates are right for you, we get to know your business. This involves a deep dive into what you do, your motivators, and your values. We aim to discover what you do well and which areas could be lacking.
One area we pay special attention to is your culture. We understand that just because a candidate has an impressive resume, this doesn’t necessarily mean they will be a good fit for your company.
For example, just because two people have similar skill sets doesn’t mean they are equally suited for an open position. We think about not only the present but also the future when it comes to choosing the right workers.
Once we understand the needs of your business, we then get to work to find the ideal people. Through our VIP Assist program we will narrow down the candidates in our training program – or those who will be coming in soon – to find workers who have the skills you need and will also be an asset to your culture.
And we don’t just stop at the resume; we also take a close look at their soft skills and other capabilities that may be a little harder to define. For an even more thorough evaluation, we also run extensive background checks and contact their references.

Once someone is hired, we also help their new company implement any other necessary training. In addition, we can provide management support, as well as time tracking and performance monitoring.
Getting people up and running fast
Hiring new talent can take a while, and this is particularly true when they’re in a different country. A six-week timeframe is not uncommon when it comes to hiring offshore workers. Through our optimized recruitment, training, and hiring processes, however, we trim that time significantly. After a candidate accepts an offer, on average, they will be able to start their new role in just 17 days.
We don’t just wait until a company reaches out to us to help them find great people.
